		<description>Dave, I agree that it&#039;s better than the others but I still find it unacceptable. IMHO, trying vs. not trying isn&#039;t minimum table stakes, and she&#039;ll experience the same result as the ones who don&#039;t try at all. 1) Do basic research. 2) Act like you care on the phone. 3) Don&#039;t put any additional work on someone you&#039;re asking a favor of. To me, that&#039;s a minimum level of effort before I&#039;ll even consider donating any amount of my time.</description>

		<description>At least she&#039;s trying to do something.  A bunch of current grads sit there and whine that they don&#039;t have jobs because the market sucks.  She a least cold called.  Work need to be done on delivery, value prop,  basic research, etc. etc.?  Definitely.  :-)  She is still more likely to make inroads vs the hundreds of thousands that don&#039;t even do that much.</description>
